Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrival is granted based on availability. We are happy to store luggage at our luggage desk services area located in the lobby adjacent to the front desk.
We welcome dogs and cats of up to 50 pounds to join you during your stay. There is no pet fee or deposit.
Extra Bedding Policy
A rollaway bed may only be arranged for rooms with a king-size bed. Rollaway beds are offered based on availability for an additional fee.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room.
Connecting Room Policy
Requests for connecting rooms should be submitted at the time of booking. The hotel will make every effort to accommodate these requests; however, connecting rooms cannot be guaranteed in advance.
We are compliant with ADA requirements and offer ADA Accessible guest rooms.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification). Alcohol may not be brought into the hotel.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkouts are available and subject to room availability. Between 12pm and 3pm, a fee of $50 will apply; from 3pm to 6pm, the fee is $75. Checkouts after 6pm will incur one night's room rate.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Package Handling Policy

Family Plan Policy
Children who are 17 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly at (312) 321-7194. Gift certificates cannot be extended past the expiration date and are only valid at the hotel. No portion of the certificate is refundable. The gift certificate holder must indicate his or her intention to pay for a stay using the gift certificate at the time the reservation is made and must present the gift certificate at check-in along with a credit card to pay for any additional charges incurred. Photocopies of the gift certificate are not redeemable. All rooms are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
Credit Card Policy
A credit card guarantee, deposit, or pre-payment is required to make a reservation. Every guest who checks in must present a valid credit card. We keep the credit card on file to secure room and tax for the duration of the stay and cover 60% for incidentals. Cash payments are only allowed at checkout.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Early Departure Policy
Guests who check out of the hotel before their scheduled departure date (as determined by their reservation) will be charged one night’s room rate plus tax. A guest can shorten a stay at check-in without incurring an additional fee if they do so at least 24 hours before their scheduled checkout.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing privileges are available at the front desk for registered guests of our hotel. Guests may cash a check for up to $100 per stay, but must present a valid driver's license and a major credit card to do so. Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG) Platinum Members may cash checks for up to $300 per stay.
In keeping with our Breathe Westin® initiative, all guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
In an effort to create a soothing environment, after 10 pm, our guestroom floors transition to a peaceful atmosphere. Please respect all guest surroundings by minimizing noise after the designated time. If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest's room. If any other persons other than the registered guest are in the room they will be requested to leave the room immediately. A second noise complaint is grounds for eviction.
