New passport restrictions for air travel to and from the United States and Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, and the Caribbean have taken effect. Travelers are required to have a passport or other secure, accepted document to enter or re-enter the United States with all air travel. Most travelers can find information at the U.S. Department of State website. Travelers from Canada should check with the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 19 years of age or older with valid government-issued identification.
Check Acceptance Policy
We do not cash personal checks.
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the pool unless accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the hot tubs. All persons using the pool area do so at their own risk; there are no lifeguards on duty.
Pets are allowed. Dogs must be leashed at all times in the hotel's common areas. Dogs are prohibited from all food and drink venues and grassy areas. Dogs are also prohibited from the lobbies; except during check-in or checkout and while entering an elevator.
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrivals are subject to availability and charges may apply. To guarantee an early arrival; the room must be reserved and paid for the evening prior.
Connecting Room Policy
Only Deluxe Suites offer a connecting option. Connecting rooms cannot be guaranteed in advance.
As part of our Breathe Westin® initiative, all of the hotel guest rooms and public spaces are 100% smoke free. A $250 CAD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest if evidence of smoking is found in the room.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. If a debit card was provided as payment, a cash refund will be provided for funds held in excess of the amount actually incurred and charged.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are available (for a fee) upon request and are subject to availability.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 19 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. Individuals under 19 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Government-issued photo identification is required at check-in for each registering guest.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Tax Exempt Policy
An agency and its representative must provide proper documentation to claim tax-exempt status. We reserve the right to refuse tax-exempt status if there is a question about the authenticity of the claim or document.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout is available upon request but not guaranteed. Requests by our loyalty program members who qualify for a 4pm late checkout are based on availability and are not guaranteed.
All third party billing reservation requests must be made with in-house reservations to process payment. The hotel will not accept third party billing requests within 72 hours of arrival.
Voucher Acceptance Policy
We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any voucher that cannot be verified, is expired or is from a program in which we no longer participate.
