Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed. The pet program offers a special bed, bowl and a bag of treats and toys. All are complimentary to use during the stay. Pet owners must sign a pet regulation waiver at check-in. A fee may be charged for damages caused by the pet or any additional cleaning if needed.
The hotel does not accept waitlists.

Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms can be requested but cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability on the day of arrival. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Package Handling Policy
There is no charge for packages received by the hotel for guests. A guest must have an upcoming reservation for the hotel to receive a package prior to arrival. Packages not retrieved within two weeks after checkout will be returned to the original sender.
The hotel does not offer check cashing services. Additionally, personal checks are not accepted as a form of payment; however, corporate checks can be accepted with prior authorization.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 250 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. The hotel reserves the right to require a guest to leave if found smoking indoors.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.
Tax Exempt Policy
Federal Government Travel: To be eligible for tax exemption, a guest must use a federally issued GSA SmartPay 2 card to pay for the room and tax, and complete the appropriate form at reception prior to checkout.
Longer-Stay Guests: Guests who notify the hotel of their intention to stay 30 or more consecutive days, and who actually stay for at least the next 30 consecutive days, will be exempt from the date of notification. Guests who do not notify the hotel must pay tax for the first 30 days, then will be exempt thereafter.
Early Arrival Policy
The standard check-in time is 3pm. We will do our best to accommodate guests who arrive prior to check-in time, but cannot guarantee room availability for early arrivals. We are happy to store luggage until your guest room is available.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.

Early Departure Policy
Rates are based on the length of your stay. If you depart earlier than your original reservation’s departure date, your rate may change to the rate based on your actual stay, and your card will be charged accordingly.
Late Checkout Policy
Late check outs are sometimes possible, subject to room availability, so please ask at the front desk. For checkouts after 2pm and before 6pm (local time), the fee is equal to 50% of the nightly room rate plus tax. Checkouts after 6pm are charged one night’s room rate plus tax. The hotel will do its best to honor SPG members' privileges.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room.
Extra Bedding Policy
We don't have any extra rollaway beds, but many Element rooms offer two queen-size beds and/or a sofa bed, so be sure to reserve or ask if that's what you need. Baby cribs and child-size air mattresses are available to accommodate your little ones at no extra charge.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification). The hotel reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any individual at any time. The hotel does not allow outside alcohol in its facilities - our Restore: Gourmet Pantry provides wine and beer options with valid photo ID.
To ensure that all guests enjoy quiet, relaxing stays, moderate noise levels must be maintained in guest rooms, with respect to the time of day or night. Guests must respect the hotel's request to lower excessive noise. The hotel reserves the right to contact authorities and evict any guest as a result of disturbance.
