EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Check Cashing Policy

Age Requirement Policy
Guest must be 18 years or older with valid identification to register and to check-in.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room rate applies to guests checking out prior to their confirmed departure date. Please contact the hotel for more information.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
All of the guest rooms and public spaces at the hotel are 100% non-smoking. Any guest who violates our strict non-smoking policy will be charged a 400 USD cleaning fee.
We are pleased to welcome dogs weighing 40 pounds or less to our hotel. Pet-friendly amenities include a Heavenly® Dog Bed, food and water bowls with floor mat, a 'Dog in Room' sign, and Heavenly Dog Welcome Kit.
Please note that a 50 USD cleaning charge applies and owners are required to sign a waiver at check-in. Guests will be held responsible for any damages or additional cleaning.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are available upon request in select rooms. Please note that rollaway beds are not allowed in Traditional, Deluxe, or Premium rooms with two double beds.

For the comfort of all guests, parties are not allowed in the guest rooms or hallways. All guests must maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests. If the noise or disturbance continues after three warnings, guests may be asked to vacate the hotel at management’s discretion.
