A major credit card or debit card must be presented at check-in. Cash deposits and prepaid cards are not accepted; however, the hotel accepts cash and prepaid cards as forms of payment at check-out.
The hotel only accepts credit card authorization forms for corporate individual stays and group bookings. Guests may request an electronic credit card authorization form for group and corporate individual bookings up to three days prior to arrival. The hotel does not accept credit card authorization forms via fax or email.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a government issued drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card. Guests seeking additional room keys will also need to present their ID at the time of the request.

Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout may be available by request. In some instances, the hotel may grant complimentary late checkout; however, extended late checkouts will be subject to a fee.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older to check-in. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Up to two guests may stay in a room at the standard room rate. A fee of 15 USD per person will be charged for any additional guests.

Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Credit Card Policy
At check-in, every registered guest must provide a credit card to be authorized for the room rate and incidentals.
Our goal is to provide an atmosphere of relaxation and renewal, where our guests can be at their best. Should we receive a noise complaint, guests will receive a warning from our staff. If the noise persists, charges may be applied for inconveniencing other guests. For gatherings and parties, please contact the hotel's Catering Department to arrange space rental.
Guests will be charged at or after departure for repairs required to return a guest room to saleable condition if damage occurs to the room or fixtures during a stay.
One dog weighing up to 40 pounds is allowed in a guest room. A non-refundable 100 USD cleaning fee will be charged regardless of size or breed. The dog must be accompanied by an owner at all times—on a leash or in a crate—and may not be left in a room without an owner present. A waiver must be signed at check-in, and guests will be responsible for repairs of excess damage or if deep cleaning is required. If damage is discovered after checkout, the credit card on record will be charged.
The hotel offers a limited number of accessible rooms. These are specifically for guests with disabilities; therefore, we request that guests who do not need these rooms’ features select a different room so that these rooms are available for those who need them.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. This non-smoking policy includes electronic cigarettes and similar smoking devices. A 200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. Additional cleaning fees may apply. Please use designated smoking areas located outside of the lobby.
