We welcome dogs with a combined weight of 40 lbs. or less in designated pet-friendly guest rooms. No other pets are permitted. All service animals are welcome. We ask that all guests bringing pets sign a liability waiver at check-in. As a special amenity for Westin guests, we are pleased to provide the Westin Heavenly Dog Bed, food bowl with mat, water bowl, and dog amenity kit for your dog. Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout between 1pm and 4pm will incur a fee of 10 USD per hour. For checkout after 4pm, a full night’s room rate will be charged.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with a valid ID to reserve and check in to guest rooms.
Connecting Room Policy
Several connecting room combinations are offered subject to availability. Please contact the hotel in advance at (303) 410-5038 or firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm a connecting room.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
All guest rooms are 100% non-smoking. Colorado law prohibits smoking in public areas and within seven feet of a door. Guests found in violation of this policy will be incur a 200 USD cleaning fee.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds can be accommodated in all guest rooms except those with two double beds; a nightly fee applies. Cribs are complimentary and allowed in all rooms.
Early Arrival Policy
We are pleased to offer early check-ins based on availability. Please contact the hotel one day prior to arrival to confirm availability. For guaranteed early check-ins we recommend reserving your room for the night prior.
Parties in guest rooms are not allowed. Noise is expected to be kept to a minimum at all times to not disturb other guests. If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest's room. If the noise or disturbance continues, guests may be asked to vacate the property at management's direction. Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

Credit Card Policy
If payment is going to be by credit card, then the card holder must be present at check-in. If the card holder will not be present at check-in, a credit card authorization form can be faxed to the guest to be filled out. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. Facility Use Policy
WestinWORKOUT® Fitness Studio, the pool and whirlpool are available exclusively to registered guests of the hotel. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the pool area.
Tax Exempt Policy
Guests who qualify for tax exempt status, must present a copy of the tax exempt form or a credit card issued by a qualified governmental entity. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to provide the required documentation.
