Standard checkout time is 11am. Late checkouts are subject to availability and the following fees:
Between 11am and noon: Complimentary
Between noon and 2pm: 40 USD plus taxes and fees
Between 2pm and 4pm: 90 USD plus taxes and fees
After 4pm: One night’s room rate plus taxes and fees
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).

Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee of 5 USD per package for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel for further information.
The hotel permits one cat or dog that weighs 40 pounds or less in a guest room. A Heavenly® Dog Bed, a dog bowl, and a mat will be provided. A dog must be on a leash when outside a room and is not permitted in the hotel’s meeting or dining venues. A pet owner must sign a liability waiver at check-in and will be charged a penalty for any damage.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of 75 USD applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Smoking in a guest room or on a balcony is strictly prohibited and will incur a cleaning fee of 250 USD. Designated smoking areas are located directly off the lobby.

Connecting Room Policy
The hotel has a limited number of suites that can connect to Traditional Rooms with king-size beds. To confirm connecting rooms before your arrival, please contact the hotel directly.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Credit Card Policy
A valid credit card is required at check-in. Cash and checks are not accepted when reserving a room.
Our goal is to provide an atmosphere of relaxation and renewal, where our guests can be at their best. Should we receive a noise complaint, guests will receive a warning from our staff. If the noise persists, charges may be applied for inconveniencing other guests. For gatherings and parties, please contact the hotel's Catering Department to arrange space rental.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (12 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
