Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are not available at the hotel. Studios and suites have one sofa bed in each room. Please advise front desk at check-in should you need the sofa bed prepared.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to guests 21 years or older (with valid identification) and must be purchased/consumed at the hotel. Outside alcohol is not permitted.

Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with valid identification to reserve and check in to a room.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non smoking. A 250 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
A maximum of 2 dogs under 40 pounds are welcome. There is a one-time 70 USD non-refundable deposit and a daily 15 USD fee. Weight restrictions do not apply for service animals.
Social gatherings are not permitted in guest rooms. Only registered guests may be in a guest room. All guests must maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests. After 10pm, there is a zero-tolerance policy regarding noise on guest floors. If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest’s room. If the noise or disturbance continues after the second warning, guests will be asked to vacate the hotel. Noise complaints may result in eviction without compensation.
Check Cashing Policy
Hotel will cash personal checks for SPG Gold Members and above with valid identification. Other conditions and restrictions may apply.
A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment of the room, tax and incidentals. Cash is not accepted at check-in. Personal and company checks are not accepted.
A minimum of 25% will be held for incidental charges.
