Babysitting services can be arranged through the concierge during your stay. A minimum of six hours is required. A fee will apply.
At check-in, the amount of the stay (room rate per night) plus 50 EUR to cover incidentals is required.
The hotel accepts third-party payments up to a maximum of 1,500 EUR.
For Belgian companies, who do not have an agreed rate or contract with the hotel, and who wish to pay by invoice, please send an email request to email@example.com at least 10 days before arrival. Invoice requests within 10 days of arrival will not be accepted.
For Belgian companies, who do have an agreed rate or contract with the hotel, and who wish to pay by invoice, please send an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org at least one day prior to arrival.
The hotel does not accept payment by invoice for companies outside of Belgium
A credit card authorization form needs to be received by fax at least three days prior to arrival. For same-day payment requests, please call the hotel to organize for an electronic authorization form to be sent.
For amounts over 1,500 EUR, a bank transfer must be arranged. Bank transfer forms must be requested at least nine days before arrival. Payment must be received at least seven days before arrival. For more information on bank transfers, please email email@example.com.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to accommodate late checkouts upon request, based on availability. For a late checkout before 6pm, a fee of 10 EUR per hour will apply. For a late checkout after 6pm a fee equal to one night’s room rate will apply. In the event that a late checkout is not available, guests may store their luggage with the Front Desk.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Gift Certificate Policy
To redeem a gift certificate please contact Frieda Catteeuw at (32)(2) 710 8109 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. For gift certificate bookings, a copy of the gift certificate is required at the time of reservation and the original gift certificate is required upon check-in.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 250€ cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (12 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds may incur extra charges; cribs are included in the cost of the room.
Extra Bedding Policy
Extra beds, including child rollaways, are available for a fee, based on availability. Cribs are provided upon request free of charge; however, the hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows. Guests must bring their own bedding for cribs.
A valid passport or a valid identification card from the guest's country of origin is required at check-in (no copy will be taken).
Early Arrival Policy
Early check-in is subject to availability at the time of arrival and cannot be confirmed in advance. If early check-in is available, there will be an extra charge of 30 EUR for check-in before 10 am. Luggage can be stored at front desk if the room is unavailable. Guests must confirm the previous night to guarantee check-in prior to 3pm.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Dogs and cats up to 40 lbs. are allowed. There is a maximum of one pet allowed per room. Guests must sign pet-waiver upon check-in. A refundable deposit of 200 EUR will be charged to cover any damage done by pet. Please contact the hotel for further information.
The hotel has two standard accessible rooms and one wheelchair available for guest use. In order to reserve an accessible room or wheelchair, please email email@example.com.
Connecting Room Policy
Hotel features 37 connecting rooms located throughout all 4 floors (from 2nd floor to 5th floor). A room with one king bed connects to a room with twin beds. Connecting rooms are subject to availability at the time of check-in and cannot be confirmed in advance.
Early Departure Policy
Prepaid reservations are non-modifiable and unused portions are non-refundable.
For non-prepaid reservations, an early departure fee may apply depending on terms and conditions. If a non-prepaid rate has been booked, please review the cancellation policy.
An early departure fee of one night's room rate may apply to guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date.
