Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Babysitting is not provided by the hotel however licensed babysitting and child care can be arranged through the hotel's concierge.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds and cribs are available upon request and are subject to availability. Cribs are permitted in all guest rooms whereas rollaways can only be accommodated in Grand Deluxe Corner rooms or in suites.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.

No personal or bank checks are accepted by the hotel. The hotel does not offer check cashing services.

Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Early Departure Policy
We are pleased to accommodate early departures upon request. A fee of one night's room and tax applies for guests checking out before their scheduled departure date. Please note that prepaid reservations are subject to the terms and conditions of the rate booked.
Noise should be kept to a minimum at all times. We ask that non-registered guests curtail their visits by 11pm to ensure quiet for all our guests. All guests must maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests. If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest's room. If the noise or disturbance continues after the warning, guests may be asked to vacate the hotel at management's discretion.
Parties in guest rooms are not allowed. If you are interested in hosting a party or entertaining during your stay, please contact our Catering department.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout policy
Late checkout is available upon request and is subject to availability.
Up to two dogs weighing 50 pounds or less are allowed in a guest room. Only dogs are permitted. Guests must sign a waiver at check-in. A 100 USD non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges. Rollaway beds can only be accommodated in Grand Deluxe Corner rooms or in suites.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
The hotel is 100% non-smoking.

Arrivals prior to 3pm are subject to availability.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel concierge directly for the exact fee.
Voucher Acceptance Policy
All room vouchers must be approved by the General Manager. Vouchers and Gift Cards are accepted at any time and never expire.
Age Requirement Policy

Hotel does not offer a waitlist.
Gift Certificate/Gift Card Policy
Gift Certificates are for complimentary night stays and must be booked directly through the hotel. Please call (1)(617) 224-4015 weekdays between 9:30am and 5pm to book gift certificate reservations.
Gift Cards have a monetary value and guests should make reservations using their credit card at www.starwoodhotels.com or by calling (1)(866) 961-3778. Gift cards must then be presented at check-in for payment. If a deposit is taken for a prepaid reservation, the gift card amount will be reversed after gift card has been presented.
